WeTOOL Standard Colors is Total 26 anodizing colors! (As of 2024)
About custom colors, we are able to develop it, but some condition is required.

A) Consumption - 20,000pcs
B) Validity term in using - Within 3 month
C) Some cost will be charged * Please, contact with our sales representative in case.

3. What Is The Acceptable Minimum Quantity For Ordering?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes M.O.Q cause some burden to customer, also it cause a high risk on our production.
Basically, we set 500pcs/color, PO, item because of the anodizing requirement as minimum q'ty for anodizing tank.
And we also respond M.O.Q flexibly to customer's situation.

* Safety Stock System - To avoid any unworkable situation or to provide small quantity, we run a proper quantity level at stock regularly. But in case, the color must be black anodized only because of the quality consistency.

2. What Is Our Lead Time?

1. Sample lead time
a) Normally we save and bring most of items in black anodizing at stock, in case, we could arrange and send it within 3 days.
b) In other color case, we need around 7 days ~ 10 days to prepare it.

2. Bulk lead time
a) Basic lead time - 30 days after PO receipt.
b) Assembly item or Laser logo item - 40 days after PO receipt.

We respond more flexibly to our customer's situation!

1. What Is Our Main Material In Using?

Recycled Aluminum on aluminum hook and buckle
 
We use 6XXX aluminum grade as main material.
Mostly it is 6061-T6 as aircraft and marine grade aluminum, and it's to avoid any mixed material during the production.
And we are able to make the products by using "Steel" and "Stainless Steel" based on the product requirement.
